Centrifuge is looking for a Junior Finance & Accounting Manager to manage the company's core financial operations and reporting. You will join a global team shaping the future of decentralized finance.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS or GAAP)
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup, fintech, or cryptocurrency environment
- Familiarity with financial operations for a globally distributed team
- Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and its financial applications
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. Candidates must be based in the European Union to be eligible.
