About the Role

Red Hat is hiring a Junior Ecosystem Solution Architect to join our 12-month FASTER Program starting in September 2026. In this developmental role, you will collaborate with partners to understand their challenges and address them with Red Hat technologies and solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about Red Hat and how we support partners with technical and strategic business challenges.
  • Build a strong support network of peers, your manager, a mentor, and other Red Hatters.
  • Develop technical skills in the Red Hat portfolio, spanning Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions through training and certifications.
  • Apply technical skills by engaging in meaningful partner interactions, experiences, and job shadowing.
  • Shadow and assist experienced Solution Architects delivering proof of value through presentations, demos, workshops, and pilot projects.
  • Enhance professional capabilities through real-world experiences working directly with partners.
  • Gain understanding of processes and tools associated with enterprise-level solution architecture.
  • Focus on personal and professional development to grow your career at Red Hat.
  • Support the Sales organization’s goals to deliver customer business value, advance opportunities, educate partners, and increase sales pipeline and revenue.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion and curiosity for open source technology and a desire to build a career in Tech.
  • Strong technical skills in computer science, IT, AI, or related fields gained through university, bootcamps, certificates, or military experience.
  • Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an Enterprise IT-related project.
  • Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies.
  • Desire to be customer-focused, understanding customer needs and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and to work both in-person from a Red Hat Amsterdam office and remotely.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and partners.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with any Red Hat products: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Red Hat AI platform, and related technologies.
  • Some exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) or programming languages (e.g., Java, Go).

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam, requiring work both from a Red Hat office and remotely.
