Miratech is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer

Miratech is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our client, a global leader in cloud contact center software. You will help build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers the development and deployment of software used by thousands of customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions.
• Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD and application delivery.
• Troubleshoot and support current cloud platforms in production, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and runtimes.
• Development/scripting experience (Python, Shell, or similar).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub).
• Experience with Terragrunt is a plus.
• Experience with Helm, Istio, or other cloud-native orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of IAM, cloud networking, and security best practices.
• Exposure to SRE/DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
