Univativ GmbH is hiring a Junior Controller (m/w/d) to support a major automotive client at their Frankfurt production site. In this role, you will be responsible for financial transparency, reporting, and analysis to optimize KPIs and support site goals within an international environment.
What You'll Do
- Create financial transparency at the site.
- Act as the point of contact for all commercial questions for the local departments.
- Prepare consolidated group reporting (IFRS) for Frankfurt, collaborating closely with colleagues at other sites.
- Assist in evaluating continuous improvement measures to increase productivity.
- Conduct investment calculations.
- Determine hourly rates, inventory valuation, and product costing.
- Provide analyses and derived recommendations to steer the plant towards achieving annual targets.
- Participate in projects.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- First to several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an international production company (e.g., through internships, working student roles, or first permanent position).
- Analytical skills and numerical understanding.
- Technically inclined with an interest in production processes.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Appreciate flat hierarchies and enjoy teamwork, but can also be convincing and assertive situationally.
- Experience with SAP CO/FI or other ERP systems.
- Very good Excel skills.
Nice to Have
- First experience with Power BI and Power Automate is desirable.
