INCA – Insurance Core Automation is seeking a Junior Consultant Energie (w/m/d) to support our clients in planning and implementing large-scale industrial projects across the energy sector, including offshore wind farms, power plants, grids, and industrial plants. You will apply modern project management tools and help establish effective project structures and processes.
What You'll Do
- Support clients in planning and implementing large-scale industrial projects in the energy sector, such as offshore wind, power plants, power grids, and industrial plants.
- Apply modern project management methods and tools.
- Establish and maintain project-related structures and processes.
- Take on supporting tasks in one or more focus areas: Technical Project Management (contributing to concepts and plans, accompanying implementation, coordinating).
- Take on supporting tasks in one or more focus areas: Commercial Project Management (preparing invoicing, budget planning, tenders, and contracts).
- Take on supporting tasks in one or more focus areas: Project Management Expert (tracking schedules, managing documentation).
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in a technical or business field.
- First practical experience in a project environment.
- An inquisitive personality with a genuine interest in large-scale projects.
- A structured, reliable, and analytical way of working.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
Nice to Have
- First practical experience ideally in the energy sector, for example through internships or working student positions.
