CI&T is hiring a Senior Java Developer in Brazil. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of critical enterprise applications, leveraging your deep Java expertise to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure stability and performance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Proficiency in core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
