Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, build, maintain, and deploy the state's new Member Management system and other assigned initiatives
- Conduct system analysis, create high-level architecture, plan features, lead development efforts, perform code reviews, execute unit and system testing, and support deployment and ongoing maintenance of sophisticated web applications and service-oriented systems
- Supervise the deployment and integration of designed software services
- Contribute to one of the state's most technically challenging IT transformations as part of a project to transition existing mainframe Medicaid systems to modern platforms
