About the Role
The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining diagnostic solutions using Java technologies. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop diagnostic solutions using Java technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Work with the team to improve the software development process
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process
- Work on the integration of diagnostic tools with other systems
- Ensure the security and compliance of the software solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for diagnostic tools
- Document the software development process and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in the planning and estimation of software development tasks
- Work on the optimization and performance tuning of diagnostic solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of diagnostic solutions
- Work on the scalability and reliability of diagnostic tools
- Ensure the compatibility of diagnostic solutions with different platforms and environments
