Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Speaking Travel Consultant to assist Italian-speaking clients in planning their perfect travel experiences. This is a remote role based in Greece, blending a love for travel with exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Assist Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional support for their travel inquiries.
- Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and lodging that meet client needs and preferences.
- Create customized travel itineraries that showcase clients’ interests and ensure enjoyable experiences.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently, striving for high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for smooth follow-up.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends and notable destinations to provide relevant and exciting recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and standard software applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity to work remotely while enjoying the beauty of Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for travel and good knowledge of various destinations and cultures.
