This position will be crucial in providing superior support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring technical challenges are addressed promptly and professionally. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will utilize your technical expertise and communication prowess to elevate customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for Italian-speaking clients, managing inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve diverse technical challenges involving software, hardware, and IT services.
- Meticulously record all support requests and solutions within the service desk ticketing system.
- Assist clients in navigating product usage and issue resolution, cultivating a positive customer interaction.
- Partner with internal IT teams to escalate complex problems and guarantee timely solutions.
- Systematically follow up with clients to validate satisfaction and confirm complete issue resolution.
- Maintain current knowledge of product developments and industry innovations to optimize support delivery.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English, demonstrating outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Previous experience in service desk, IT support, or technical roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to effectively address client technical challenges.
- Customer-focused mindset with robust interpersonal engagement skills.
- Practical understanding of service desk software and IT infrastructures represents a significant advantage.
- Capacity to operate autonomously and efficiently manage multiple concurrent responsibilities.
