Next Job Abroad is looking for an Italian Customer Client Support professional to deliver exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in Greece with a fully paid relocation package, joining an international and diverse team.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Guide customers in navigating products and services to enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve complex customer problems.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Engage in team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle challenges proactively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
