About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Manage virtualization platforms and ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Support identity and access management systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end users
- Manage and configure network devices and firewalls
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management tools
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and related configurations
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
- Perform system updates and patch management
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employee accounts and access
- Collaborate with internal teams on IT-related projects
- Assist in migration efforts between platforms or services
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses
- Configure and support collaboration tools such as Teams and email systems
- Enforce security best practices across systems and endpoints
- Respond to IT service requests and incidents promptly
- Work with vendors for support and procurement of IT services
