Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix technical problems as they arise
- Collaborate with multiple departments to develop reporting tools and automated workflows
- Address and resolve system integration challenges across platforms
- Support the migration of data and database tables from Access to SQL Server and Pronto ERP
- Evaluate current process documentation and revise workflows as needed
