Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level support for cloud platforms including Office 365 and Azure, with focus on user provisioning and identity management
- Operate and secure Active Directory and Exchange services to ensure policy compliance and access integrity
- Oversee Citrix infrastructure, resolving technical issues related to performance, access, and connectivity
- Maintain and optimize VMware environments through configuration, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Diagnose and resolve local and wireless network problems across international sites
- Deliver remote technical assistance around the clock, accommodating global time zones
- Assist in evaluating system vulnerabilities and enforcing access control measures
- Keep technical documentation current for core systems including cloud services, virtualization, and network access
- Develop clear instructional materials and knowledge resources for diverse user groups
