BEUMER Group is hiring an IT System Engineer to provide advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, Citrix, VMware, HyperV, and network environments. You’ll contribute to system monitoring, ISO 27001 compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives while working alongside international IT teams to keep our global organization productive and secure.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support for Office 365 and Azure environments, including user and account management.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, ensuring secure access and compliance.
- Manage Citrix environments, troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and user-access issues.
- Support VMware environments, including setup, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN connectivity and network issues across multiple global locations.
- Provide remote IT support across time zones in a 24/7 setup.
- Support vulnerability reviews and system access controls.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation for O365, Azure, Citrix, VMware, WLAN, and account processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and training resources for technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
