Spreetail is seeking an IT Support Specialist to work during SE Asia hours. The individual will support internal technology needs while contributing to a scalable and reliable software environment that helps Spreetail grow as a leading global ecommerce company.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and effective IT support to internal users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and support company-wide IT systems and infrastructure
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Document and track IT support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with Software & Technology teams to ensure reliable systems
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work SE Asia hours
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting end-user devices and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in diagnosing network and connectivity issues
- Experience with IT ticketing systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience in an ecommerce or technology-driven company
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Experience supporting remote teams
