Beliani is hiring an IT Support Engineer

Tasks • Oversee and manage digital commerce data transmission across European digital platforms (encompassing 19+ countries), integrating systems with major online marketplaces and shopping engines including Amazon, Google Shopping, eBay, and additional global/local channels • Collaborate across internal departments (Marketing, Customer Service, IT) to diagnose and resolve e-commerce technological challenges, identifying issue sources and implementing efficient solutions using Microsoft Teams and enterprise resource planning systems • Engage with external digital commerce partners to address technical complications via email and video conference communications • Develop, refine, and enhance automated testing protocols and technical solutions, predominantly utilizing Python/Selenium, Chrome Extensions, with openness to exploring alternative technological frameworks like Node.js/Puppeteer Requirements Minimal requirements: • Proficient Python scripting capabilities • Intermediate HTML/CSS and JavaScript knowledge • Comprehensive understanding of API technologies • Rapid learning adaptability • Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 proficiency) Preferred qualifications: • Selenium WebDriver experience • Basic PHP comprehension • Chrome Extension development background • Google Analytics familiarity • E-commerce sector expertise • Fundamental knowledge of additional European languages (German, Polish, French) Benefits Offered employment package: • Full remote work arrangement • Flexible daily start times • Standardized 8-hour workday • Opportunities for technological innovation and creative solution implementation • Annual leave (10 working days) • Engaging and diverse task portfolio • Supportive team environment Updated: 1 day ago Job ID: 15258356
