Yielder Group is hiring an IT Support Engineer to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide crucial 1st and 2nd line support, translating complex IT terminology into clear solutions for end-users and ensuring high service quality.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first and sometimes dedicated point of contact for customers.
- Translate technical IT terminology into understandable terms for end-users.
- Monitor new and ongoing tickets for priority and turnaround time.
- Remotely monitor system software and communication facilities at customer sites.
- Contribute to the optimization of the helpdesk.
- Deliver timely 1st and 2nd line technical support.
- Identify deviations and problems promptly, providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to diagnose root causes of technical issues.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of common IT solutions, both Cloud and On-premise.
- Ability to remain stress-resistant and prioritize effectively.
- Possession of an IT-related MBO diploma.
