Arrow Electronics India Private Limited is hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst I for a frontline customer support role focused on resolving technical issues for end users. You will be the first point of contact for IT inquiries, managing basic problems and connecting users with more intensive support when needed.
What You'll Do
- Take initial inquiries and manage relatively simple hardware, software, or network issues.
- Perform remote support via over-the-phone support, screen sharing or remote control, live chat support, and email support.
What We're Looking For
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience.
- Works under close supervision.
- Has no discretion to vary from established procedures.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at IN-KA-Bangalore, India (SKAV Seethalakshmi) GESC.
