Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Design and implement an effective security strategy, aligning with laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strengthen Defenses: Manage risk assessments, internal controls, and technical security measures across networks, firewalls, encryption, and authentication.
- Proactive Protection: Investigate and coordinate security incidents, ensuring the organization is prepared for emerging threats.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product owners, vendor managers, and service desk teams to enhance security across our client technology landscape.
- Security Assurance: Ensure robust supplier security and support security testing, including penetration tests and audits.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in information security and risk management.
- Deep technical knowledge of networks, firewalls, encryption, authentication, and Microsoft security tools (Sentinel, Defender, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
