Our objective is to integrate advanced automation in IAM and create an intuitive yet fortified operational environment utilizing cutting-edge technologies, ensuring security doesn't impede workforce productivity while maintaining rigorous protective measures. Key Responsibilities Security Infrastructure & Engineering - Construct operational security infrastructure and IAM from inception - Formulate, implement, and sustain comprehensive security protocols safeguarding intellectual property - Implement and manage security solutions, prioritizing open-source technologies - Leverage MDM software with complementary products to ensure enterprise-wide device security compliance - Establish remote work security standards for corporate and personal devices Identity & Access Management - Architect access structure using identity provider - Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across organizational tools - Automate access lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding - Regulate and audit access permissions adhering to least privilege principle - Implement identity federation technologies across multiple platforms Google Workspace & Cloud Security - Administer Google Workspace emphasizing security configurations and compliance - Configure policies including Context Aware Access, LDAP, SCIM, and additional controls Security Operations & Governance - Establish IT security operations best practices and standard procedures - Conduct periodic security assessments and vulnerability management - Define security metrics and KPIs; generate regular security posture reports - Counsel leadership on security risks, compliance requirements, and mitigation strategies Process & Documentation - Develop comprehensive security documentation, runbooks, and policies - Optimize security-related processes for enhanced efficiency - Create disaster recovery and business continuity plans - Spearhead security awareness and training initiatives Qualifications - Minimum 5 years IT security engineering experience - Proven expertise building corporate security infrastructure - Strong automation and REST API proficiency - Comprehensive understanding of SecOps frameworks - Robust engineering background in infrastructure design - Google Workspace administration skills - Expert IAM knowledge - SSO, SAML, OIDC technology experience - Docker familiarity - IAM automation expertise - Compliance framework understanding Nice to have - Automated user provisioning experience - Zero-trust architecture knowledge - Basic Typescript skills - Startup environment background Location Operations within Central European Time zone.
