Cadence is hiring an IT Internship (Techstop Support) to join our team at the San Jose campus. In this role, you will become part of the Techstop Support Team, delivering desktop support and device asset management to over 2500 onsite staff while collaborating with cross-functional groups and participating in global IT initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assist with desktop support needs and device asset management.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot PCs.
- Support technologies to deliver Best-in-Class services to employees.
- Provide great customer service to Cadence local or remote desktop users.
- Collaborate and interact with direct line managers, Local IT Team, and International Teams.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying an IT course or attending a similar training program.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about technology and willingness to learn Microsoft products.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 months.
Nice to Have
- Any previous experience in a supporting IT role desirable but not essential.

Team & Environment
You will join a team of four engineers as part of the Techstop Support Team within a dynamic IT organization. You will report to Global IT Group Director Brendan Pollard.
Work Mode
