Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy new desktops/laptops/mobile devices for employees.
- Define, follow, automate, and improve user on-boarding and off-boarding and provide a great user experience.
- Build, maintain, and improve inventory of IT assets.
- Support and troubleshoot endpoints, network devices, and peripheral issues.
- Continuously improve IT support procedures and checklists.
- Manage regional IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
- Manage operations and requests for directory and authentication.
- Ensure compliance of company-issued laptops with baseline standards (including ensuring patches and configurations on IT assets).
- Assist in periodic audits on user access to systems.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Jira Project boards.
- Write scripts and code to automate repetitive tasks and system configurations.
- Conduct awareness training for users.
- Provide second- and third-tier technical support for user access enquiries.
- Actively perform ticket management and participate in project meetings/audits/inspections.
- Participate in ongoing and new projects in the IT & Enterprise Security team.
- Monitor automation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Leverage AI tools to improve support efficiency, streamline troubleshooting, and enhance documentation and knowledge sharing.
