John Deere is looking for a Software Engineering professional to join its IT Development Program. This rotational program is designed for new or recent graduates and provides accelerated development experience through two one-year work assignments within our Global IT and Intelligent Solutions Group. Our mission is focused on providing the food, fiber, and infrastructure for a rapidly growing world.
What You'll Do
- Grow your capabilities in modern software development technology and practices through challenging work.
- Complete two diverse rotations to experience different business areas and technology stacks early in your career.
- Build a broad network of contacts by working on different scrum teams.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to successfully pass a technical assessment and code pairing interview.
- Must be able to relocate domestically and work in one of the following areas: Quad Cities (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA), Des Moines, IA, or Chicago, IL.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
Nice to Have
- Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position.
- Experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
