The IT Customer Support Representative is responsible for screening, referring, and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests related to infrastructure, systems, applications, and network communications at Integrated Resources INC. The role involves remote troubleshooting via phone and requires fluency in Spanish.
What You'll Do
- Screening, referring, and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests
- Performing troubleshooting to identify problems related to infrastructure, systems, applications, and network communications
- Following defined procedures
- Proposing and implementing solutions to routine problems with direction from supervisor
- Referring atypical problems to others
- Reporting on activities regularly to supervisor in well-defined format
- Gathering information and/or data independently using established and well-defined procedures
- Recommending actions to improve efficiency
- Performing duties within prescribed time frames
- Troubleshooting remotely via phone
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual Spanish language required
- Moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job (i.e., familiarity with terminology and standard procedures)
- Basic understanding of content area of function
- Close supervision required
- Errors can be easily and quickly detected within the immediate work unit
- Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit
