Responsibilities

- Maintain documentation for compliance-related activities
- Support validation of IT systems and applications
- Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy regulations
- Collaborate with IT teams to assess compliance risks
- Develop and update compliance policies and procedures
- Track and report on compliance metrics and KPIs
- Assist in remediation of audit findings
- Stay current with evolving regulatory standards
- Coordinate compliance training for IT staff
- Review system change controls for compliance impact
- Evaluate third-party vendor compliance posture
- Support data integrity initiatives across platforms
- Conduct compliance assessments for new projects
- Maintain compliance tracking and documentation systems
- Work with quality assurance teams on regulatory submissions
- Identify gaps in compliance controls
- Ensure alignment with industry standards such as 21 CFR Part 11
- Provide input on compliance requirements during system implementations
- Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections
- Document compliance processes and workflows
- Escalate critical compliance issues to management
- Support continuous improvement of compliance practices
- Ensure secure handling of electronic records
