Join the team at Sopra Steria as an IT Business Analyst. In this role, you will focus on gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting technical teams and product owners throughout the entire development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Animate collaborative workshops for business needs gathering
- Map business processes requiring mastery of process modeling and BPMN notation
- Write detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Assist the Product Owner in their activities
- Support technical teams in understanding the expected solution
- Perform integration testing
- Support the business during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 6 years minimum experience in business analysis in the IT domain
- Higher education diploma in computer science (Engineering School / HES / Master or equivalent)
- Native French language
- Excellent command of English (written / oral)
- Swiss or European nationality
- Sense of service and commitment
- Proven experience in test coordination
- Ability to integrate, work in a team, collaborate, and unite teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in an IT services company desired
- Product Owner experience, an asset
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification, a plus
