Responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including user, group, and computer accounts.
- Oversee phone systems, electronic access controls, and audiovisual conferencing tools.
- Respond to incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Deploy, configure, and support authorized applications such as Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Syncplicity, and Teamcenter/CATIA.
- Support mobile devices and associated tools, including Microsoft Authenticator and mobile Office applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with wired and wireless networks, including DHCP, VLANs, and IP address management.
- Provide service and maintenance for multi-function printers and copiers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot on-premises datacenter equipment, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, storage systems, UPS units, and environmental sensors.
- Perform operating system updates, security patching, and system imaging tasks.
- Ensure data protection through reliable backup and recovery procedures and technologies.
- Travel to other company locations as needed, up to 10% of the time.
