ganss personal GmbH is looking for a motivated professional for a 1st Level Onsite IT-SUPPORT (m/w/d) position in Düsseldorf. You will join our onsite team to provide direct client support, ensuring smooth operations for standard IT services and applications.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st level client support as part of the onsite team.
- Accept and process incidents and service requests.
- Support standard applications, such as MS Office and current Windows operating systems.
- Utilize the knowledge database and collaborate with colleagues.
- Document work and process tickets in the ticket system.
What We're Looking For
- First experience with ticket systems and IT support.
- Experience installing PC hardware and troubleshooting issues.
- Basic knowledge in networks, servers, end devices, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
- Good to very good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience.
- Interested and motivated career changers are welcome.
