Shape the future of mobile experiences as an iOS Architect driving technical excellence across enterprise applications. You'll lead architectural decisions for native iOS development, crafting scalable, secure, and intelligent apps that leverage Apple Intelligence, on-device machine learning with Core ML, and seamless integration with Siri and App Intents.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the iOS architecture for complex, multi-client projects—making strategic decisions on data flow, API design, and deployment strategies
- Build and maintain high-performance applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and modern Apple frameworks including Combine and Swift Concurrency
- Design intelligent, context-aware user experiences powered by agentic AI patterns and on-device models
- Lead integrations with hardware and IoT devices using Core Bluetooth, NFC, ARKit, DriverKit, and MFi-certified accessories
- Collaborate closely with UX designers using Figma to ensure accurate translation of design systems into production-ready interfaces
- Work across engineering teams to align mobile architecture with backend services and business goals
- Champion engineering best practices: modular design, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and clean code standards
- Guide cross-platform evaluations when appropriate, ensuring any shared codebase maintains native iOS quality
- Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and drive modernization efforts—including migration from legacy Objective-C systems
- Operate independently in agile environments, interpreting ambiguous requirements and delivering robust technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional iOS development with a proven track record of delivering production applications
- Deep fluency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Apple’s modern frameworks such as SwiftData and Observation
- Hands-on experience leading technical architecture for large-scale, multi-team projects
- Expertise in hardware communication protocols and IoT integrations
- Solid experience with CI/CD tooling, testing frameworks, and dependency management for iOS
- Strong communication skills—able to articulate technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to team growth and knowledge sharing
Preferred Experience
- Building with Apple Intelligence, SiriKit, or on-device ML using Core ML, Create ML, Vision, or Natural Language
- Designing AI-driven workflows where intelligent agents enhance app functionality
- Using Figma for design handoff, including design tokens and component libraries
- Consulting or agency experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments
- Working in regulated sectors like finance or healthcare with strict compliance standards
- Contributions to open-source iOS projects or participation in developer conferences
- Cross-platform experience with React Native, Expo, KMP, or Flutter—along with strong judgment on when native development is optimal
- Full-stack familiarity with React and Next.js for alignment with web teams
