Grand Canyon University, Arizona’s premier private Christian university, is hiring an Adjunct Faculty member to teach Introduction to Computer Technology online. You will provide students with the foundation of core knowledge within the field of information technology, covering topics from fundamental IT systems to data management, security, hardware, and computer networks.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.
- Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.
- Respond to students’ questions and emails within established timeframes.
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
What We're Looking For
- A Masters in Information Systems OR a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 5 or more years of experience working with technology.
Nice to Have
- A PhD/DBA in Information Systems or a Doctorate in an Information Systems related discipline.
