Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the intranet strategy to align with organizational growth and ensure long-term functionality and ease of use.
- Define measurable objectives and track key performance indicators for user engagement, search efficiency, and content standards.
- Utilize analytics platforms to collect, analyze, and report monthly on metrics such as page views, document access, search behavior, and user feedback.
- Perform regular site evaluations, refresh metadata, and locate areas for improving content and user experience.
- Lead discussions with internal groups to evaluate intranet performance, collect input, and prioritize potential upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal communications to develop content strategies based on analytics, stakeholder needs, and proven industry methods.
- Enhance front-end user experience using data insights while executing technical backend modifications.
- Evaluate new features and updates, conduct quality assurance checks, and support resolution of technical issues.
- Support wider digital and web communication projects as required.
