About the Role
The intern will assist in developing and customizing MS Dynamics 365 solutions, supporting implementation tasks, and gaining hands-on experience with enterprise software integration and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on customizing Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements
- Support the development of workflows and business process automation
- Assist in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and databases
- Contribute to testing and debugging of custom code and configurations
- Document technical specifications and solution designs
- Work with team members to troubleshoot system issues
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Help maintain data integrity across platforms
- Support user acceptance testing activities
- Learn and apply best practices in software development and CRM systems
