Tekpoint GmbH is looking for an International Contract & Procurement Manager (m,w,d) to be responsible for creating, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts and offers. In this role, you will ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes within our dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Do
- Create, review, and negotiate international contracts and offers in German and English.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and legal requirements.
- Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers and customers.
- Obtain and evaluate offers, taking on procurement responsibility.
- Develop and optimize procurement and contract processes.
- Monitor existing contracts including deadlines and milestones.
- Conduct risk analyses and identify savings potential.
- Perform research activities.
- Support in defense or enforcement of claims.
- Collaborate with international partners, especially in the Asian region.
- Support on legal questions regarding contract law and general terms and conditions.
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Experience in international contract management, procurement, or logistics.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Knowledge of general terms and conditions law or contract law.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
