Coherent Corp. is offering an Internship focused on web application development and project requirements gathering. You’ll write code, create user interfaces, integrate data, and collaborate with design teams to build functional web applications.
What You'll Do
- Gather and refine project requirements based on technical needs.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
- Apply emerging technologies and industry trends into operations and activities.
- Create website layout and user interface using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from and into various back-end services and databases.
- Collaborate with web designers to match the intent of visual design.
What We're Looking For
- Major in Computer Science or Network Engineering.
- Experience in web application development in C#, .NET, or an equivalent development environment.
- Experience with SQL or an equivalent database technology.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
Nice to Have
- Ability to work creatively in multi-disciplinary teams and strive for innovative solutions.
