About the Role As an Integration Support Engineer within the Moniebook team, you'll be critical in ensuring seamless and successful integrations. You'll serve as the primary technical liaison, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting challenges, and enabling users to maximize Moniebook's API and SDK potential. Your robust technical foundation, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and outstanding communication skills will be essential in cultivating positive client relationships and driving their success. Responsibilities: - Participate in sales team meetings to understand business integration needs and recommend optimal solutions - Provide technical assistance for Moniebook integrations - Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation accessible to technical and non-technical audiences - Develop tutorials, written and video guides for API integration - Create tools, plugins, SDKs, and sample code facilitating business integrations - Maintain an active, open-source developer community - Communicate feature requests, bugs, and integration defects to engineering teams - Support internal and merchant-facing Moniebook applications - Test new product features from developer integration perspectives - Serve as primary information contact for Moniebook usage Requirements: - Minimum 2 years software engineering experience in: - Backend: Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby - Web: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) - Excellent database and SQL understanding - REST API experience - Application log analysis skills - Strong programming concept comprehension - Exceptional debugging capabilities - Problem-solving expertise - Outstanding technical writing skills - Excellent written and verbal communication What We Offer: - Culture: People-first environment valuing individual perspectives - Learning: Knowledge-sharing focused development approach - Compensation: Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package Hiring Process: - Preliminary recruiter consultation - Interview with hiring team - Executive team interview Moniepoint is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
