Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve integration-related technical issues promptly
- Support onboarding of new clients onto integration platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure integration stability
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes
- Document technical processes and resolution steps
- Respond to support tickets within defined service level agreements
- Assist in testing integration updates and patches
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain integration documentation and knowledge bases
- Work with APIs and middleware components to ensure data flow
- Troubleshoot data synchronization problems between systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with security and data handling protocols
- Participate in incident response and resolution efforts
- Support deployment of integration solutions in production
- Validate configurations and connection parameters
- Track and report recurring integration failures
- Assist in creating automation scripts for routine tasks
- Coordinate with third-party vendors during integration
- Provide post-implementation support and feedback
- Contribute to improving support workflows
