Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Adjust’s partners worldwide
- Support partners in integrating with Adjust’s systems and help them maintain and optimize their technical setup over time
- Provide ongoing technical assistance from initial onboarding to regular updates to ensure seamless and up-to-date integrations
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration scenarios using internal tools and close collaboration with the engineering team
- Perform technical evaluations and reviews, identifying potential risks, gaps, or inconsistencies across partner integrations
- Offer guidance on fraud-related technical inquiries, ensuring partners understand best practices in combating mobile ad fraud

- Role is for the North America region
- Position is remote within the US
- Will operate at the intersection of technology and partner-facing collaboration
- Will contribute to the seamless onboarding and technical success of partners and clients
- Will work hand-in-hand with multiple departments including Account Management and Engineering
- Deep technical engagement throughout the partner lifecycle, from initial integration phase to long-term support and maintenance
