Responsibilities
- Review incoming personal injury cases for merit and viability
- Analyze liability, causation, damages, and evidentiary strength
- Provide clear, defensible recommendations on case acceptance
- Collaborate with intake teams and external personal injury firms
- Maintain organized, timely documentation and review workflows
- Support consistent decision-making standards across intake processes
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction or Puerto Rico
- Strong analytical reasoning and issue-spotting ability
- Confident decision-making under time-sensitive conditions
- Clear communicator with excellent legal judgment

- Prior experience in personal injury law
