Bayshore HealthCare is hiring an Intake Administrator to provide administrative support for Patient Support Services (PSS) across all contracted pharmaceutical products and services.
What You'll Do
- Monitor all incoming faxes for PSS programs and triage them to the appropriate subfolders.
- Upload medical clarifications and ATIs into the CRM and forward them to the appropriate team members.
- Forward all Reimbursement documents and Copay receipts to the SPOC/RS for the patient record.
- Provide ongoing support to Intake Specialists and staff in the Pharmaceutical Services Department.
- Maintain up-to-date files and records in the CRM.
- Track specific data and information for pharmaceutical companies as requested.
- Participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in proactive Health and Safety activities and notify supervisors of any risks.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
- Report and document Adverse Events and Product Complaints per Pharmacovigilance requirements.
- Complete other tasks and duties as requested or delegated by the Manager.
What We're Looking For
- University/College education or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of recent experience in a customer service role.
- Experience with Client Management Software (CRM).
- Experience in a Health Care environment.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems rapidly.
- Client-focused approach.
- Strong IT knowledge and aptitude.

- Proficiency in additional languages.
