About the Role

The ideal candidate will support customers in choosing appropriate insurance products, deliver accurate information, and contribute to team goals through consistent performance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in evaluating insurance needs and selecting suitable coverage options
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products and policy terms
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets
  • Process applications and ensure accurate documentation submission
  • Explain policy details, benefits, and exclusions clearly to clients
  • Identify opportunities for policy upgrades or additional coverage
  • Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments as needed
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies
  • Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product and sales knowledge
  • Use CRM tools to track client interactions and sales activities
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing client feedback
  • Handle client concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Contribute to team goals through shared best practices
  • Generate new leads through referrals and outreach
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress to supervisors
  • Ensure all sales processes follow regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in onboarding new team members when required
  • Monitor policy renewals and initiate client contact
  • Report key performance metrics to management
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs
