Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to build an independent business while making a meaningful difference for educators. You will focus on identifying and implementing insurance and financial solutions tailored to this specific community, leveraging our exclusive market and robust support.
What You'll Do
- Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security.
- Build market access and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Present products confidently to both groups and individuals.
- Actively network and participate in community and industry events.
- Invest time and resources to ensure the long-term success of your business.
What We're Looking For
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses where applicable.
Nice to Have
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
