In this role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison to senior engineering and executive leaders at major financial institutions, guiding them through complex technical evaluations and long-term integration planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted technical advisor to CTOs, Chief Architects, and engineering executives during extended sales and procurement cycles
- Define and promote institutional standards across tokenization, trading, compliance, and custody on a decentralized network
- Design and publish reference architectures that support enterprise integration and operational resilience
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners including custodians, exchanges, and asset managers to align technical roadmaps
- Develop clear, institutional-grade documentation and ROI models that speak to both technical and business stakeholders
- Influence multi-party decision-making by mapping technical capabilities to institutional priorities and risk frameworks
- Work closely with business development to navigate regulatory, security, and procurement hurdles over extended timelines
What You Bring
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise or institutional environments
- Proven success delivering production systems that meet strict security, compliance, and scalability demands
- Hands-on expertise in systems programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Java
- Deep understanding of financial infrastructure, including custody, settlement, compliance protocols, and trading systems
- Experience engaging C-level executives and influencing technical direction across large organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Preferred Background
- Senior technical experience at a tier-1 financial institution, custodian, or crypto infrastructure provider
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in global finance
- Familiarity with Solana or other high-throughput blockchains
- Knowledge of global regulations including MiCA, MiFID II, SEC custody rules, and Basel III
- Experience responding to institutional RFPs or closing enterprise deals
