insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting Operations to join our fast-growing financial technology company. You will act as the primary systems administrator and technical support specialist for the software tools used by the Accounting team, ensuring optimal performance, configuration, and user adoption of our accounting technology stack.

What You'll Do

Administer and maintain accounting software systems including user access management, system configurations, and security protocols.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting team software tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems.
Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across assigned accounting platforms.
Design and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for accounting software tools.
Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
Train accounting team members on software functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support accounting operations and system usage analytics.
Support acquisition integration efforts by configuring systems for new entities and ensuring seamless data migration.
Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license allocation and access provisioning.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in information systems, accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or accounting operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience with accounting software administration, specifically NetSuite.
Strong proficiency in user access management, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data integration tools and API support.
Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel experience with advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
Project management experience with system implementations or upgrades.
Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and SaaS administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
A self-starter who can independently manage system administration responsibilities with minimal oversight.
Open to a work schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.

Nice to Have

PowerBI or similar business intelligence tool experience.
Snowflake or data warehouse experience.
Experience with Coupa.
