SanMar is hiring a part-time Inside Sales Representative fluent in both English and Japanese for night shift work. In this remote role, you will be responsible for renewing and retaining existing customer software subscriptions, closing sales, and building lasting customer relationships. Our mission-focused company is dedicated to bringing workers home safe every day through our training products and compliance platform.
What You'll Do
- Renew and retain existing customers' software subscriptions.
- Close sales and achieve regular quotas.
- Maintain a database of prospects and opportunities.
- Nurture and build relationships with customers.
- Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over phone and email.
- Execute the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained.
- Validate customer concerns, handle questions, and secure their business.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales colleagues and other internal partners.
- Learn a diverse set of technological tools to support win rate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
- Prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
