AQUISO sales solutions GmbH is looking for an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d). This role offers flexible part-time hours, allowing you to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute remote inside sales strategies and processes.
- Build and manage a pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to drive performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with company goals.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an inside sales or sales management role.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Fluency in German (m/w/d) is required.
Work Mode
This position is fully remote. You will work from your home office with the flexibility to set your schedule within the agreed weekly hours.
