TeamBuilders Employment and Business Solutions, LLC is hiring an Ingredient Batch Mixer for our client's food production facility in Fresno, CA. You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and producing ingredients for the final baking of ready-to-eat products per the daily production schedule under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

Follow recipes and formulas, scaling and portioning ingredients for production.
Perform required quality assurance tests for weight, size, and shape of product.
Sheet dough products for final baking.
Ensure speed control and operate mechanical and AC inverted speed drives with a working knowledge of PLCs for mixer operations.
Create batch reports and record raw ingredient weights and measures daily.
Prepare slurry per daily production specifications.
Change die roll cutter on the conveyor for each product.
Maintain compliance with all food safety guidelines and quality control measures.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in food production handling ingredient mixing, batch mixing, baking, or sheeting.
Ability to accurately follow recipes and formulas for production.
Strong understanding of GMPs, Food Safety, Sanitation, and food production guidelines.
Working knowledge of PLCs as they apply to mixer operations.
Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking, climbing, stooping, bending, and programming PLCs.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
