Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an Information Assurance/Security Specialist to secure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI systems within federal programs. You will take ownership of compliance, risk management, and system certifications, safeguarding sensitive infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the implementation of IT security controls for RPA and AI systems within federal programs.
- Administer security assessments, audits, and risk analysis to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Manage system certifications and accreditations, ensuring systems meet all federal cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address vulnerabilities, develop remediation plans, and improve security posture.
- Act as a key resource in ongoing security operations, documentation, and reporting initiatives across projects.
What We're Looking For
- Active certification in Information System Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security within RPA/AI programs, particularly in the federal government sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA) and risk management practices.
- Proven ability to navigate complex compliance environments and handle sensitive data securely.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail in identifying and resolving security issues.
