Texas AirSystems is hiring an Industrial Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic plans tailored to assigned industrial clients.
  • Discover opportunities in equipment upgrades, energy savings, process enhancements, service contracts, and major capital initiatives.
  • Seek out and build connections with new industrial prospects.
  • Sustain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Deepen current customer engagements by identifying unmet requirements and upcoming initiatives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and executive levels.
  • Conduct routine site visits to assess operational issues and business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering industry insights, market intelligence, and technical knowledge.
  • Address customer issues promptly and coordinate internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assess client needs and propose suitable HVAC, mechanical, control, energy, or industrial systems.
  • Work with engineering, service, project management, and manufacturer partners to design effective solutions.
  • Present clear technical and financial benefits to support customer decisions.
  • Help clients build business justifications and ROI analyses for capital expenditures.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout project delivery to align with expectations.
  • Support project teams in resolving challenges and preserving customer relationships.
  • Engage in post-project evaluations to capture learnings and spot follow-on opportunities.
  • Track market developments, customer investment plans, and competitor actions.
  • Identify new technologies and evolving industry trends.
  • Share actionable market and customer intelligence with leadership and internal departments.
