- Work with engineering, service, project management, and manufacturer partners to design effective solutions.
- Present clear technical and financial benefits to support customer decisions.
- Help clients build business justifications and ROI analyses for capital expenditures.
- Ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution teams.
- Maintain consistent communication throughout project delivery to align with expectations.
- Support project teams in resolving challenges and preserving customer relationships.
- Engage in post-project evaluations to capture learnings and spot follow-on opportunities.
- Track market developments, customer investment plans, and competitor actions.
