Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with healthcare providers in wound care specialties
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations for clinical teams
- Educate medical staff on proper use and benefits of wound care technologies
- Track and report sales performance metrics regularly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and clinical applications
- Respond to clinician inquiries regarding product functionality
- Support facility onboarding for new product implementations
- Attend regional medical conferences and trade shows
- Coordinate with distribution partners on inventory and logistics
- Follow up on leads generated through clinical interactions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all sales activities
- Manage personal sales schedule and territory planning
- Submit regular activity and sales reports
- Promote product training sessions for healthcare teams
- Address customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Stay informed about competitive products and market trends

Compensation
