About the Role
The consultant will develop and facilitate online learning experiences focused on leadership skills and personal advancement, using innovative teaching methods and digital platforms to engage participants and drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement online educational programs in leadership development
- Deliver virtual training sessions using interactive digital tools
- Create course materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Support learners through coaching and feedback mechanisms
- Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Stay current with trends in e-learning and leadership theory
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to align content with goals
- Adapt curriculum for diverse adult learning styles
- Maintain clear communication with coordinators and participants
- Manage timelines and deliverables independently
- Ensure content is accessible and inclusive
- Use learning management systems to distribute materials
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online delivery
- Promote a growth-oriented and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to the development of new program offerings
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in education, leadership, or related discipline
- Certification in coaching or leadership training
- Experience with learning management systems like Moodle or Canvas
