Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Progressive experience in finance positions with increasing levels of responsibility
- Background in FP&A within an industrial environment
- Proven track record in analyzing financial data and solving complex issues
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Strong interest in driving continuous improvement and adhering to standardized processes
- Experience leading financial projects or programs with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Capable of facilitating discussions with diverse internal stakeholders, including FP&A and corporate teams
